While it has a point of view to connect with veterans of the division, it factually describes both the overall picture of the various battles as well as adding the human touch

Hard cover, small format (6" x 9"), 436 pages with 40 pages of black and white photographs, 34 mostly full-page maps and 78 pages of appendices.

The Polizei-Division (Police Division), as it was originally called, was one of the lesser-known combat formations of the Waffen-SS.
